obviously not you, you dumb fuck... we no?
Posted by: oldsaltsux2 7 September 16:36
Also, would "I guess we know who's in charge in that classroom" not be a more grammatically accurate statement? After all, the tutor isn't the students' monarch is he?
Posted by: blimy 7 September 18:27
yea dum shit. lern 2 spel.
Posted by: birdman 7 September 20:50
well perhaps if the chidren in todays society actually respected the worls and its rules That crass idiot on the phone would still have his mobile today I applaud the lecturer He did the right thing. He deserves a raise in salary !
Posted by: cheri 7 September 21:52
that dude was so planted in that classroom. how did the person filming know to pan to him and focus on him??
Posted by: heissmart&youarenot 7 September 22:08
oldsalt: I agree, learn to spell. oldsaltsux: Nice name, glad you made it through fourth grade too. blimy:Do I smell sarcasm, or just plain stupidity in my air? bird man: Your hearts in the right place, but your fingers aren't. cheri: The phone rang, therefore the camera panned over to look at the guy who's phone was ringing.
Posted by: heissmart&youarenot 7 September 22:10
Sorry, don't know why that last comment came out with the formatting showing, but its still legible.
Posted by: Gregoire 7 September 23:51
Undergrads are such shits! P.S., What's with ripping on everyone "heissmart&youarenot"? Your writing could use some work too (i.e., use of "who's" in your last sentence).
Posted by: BestOneHere 8 September 01:21
My sentence is the most grammatically correct here. I win.
Posted by: Geoff 8 September 02:52
yeah cheri, he was planted there. to make an example for those stupid kids.

Heissmarts&youarenot: You're such a total bell end. No wonder your moms a whore.

Posted by: dustin 8 September 14:46
it wouldnt surprise me to see a student video taping a lecture. many use voice recorders, so why not video record if you have the resources to do so.
Posted by: popcorn 8 September 17:55
i agree with birdman on the teacher being right, but he needn't smash that cell phone. there's a little something called "privet propperty", you know...the teacher could've made his point just taking and keeping the it 'till the end of the lecture. because, somehow, i don't think he's gonna get a new cell phone for his student.
Posted by: jesus 9 September 19:20
I would bet 100 dollars that your all really fat.
Posted by: satan 9 September 19:25
hey jesus, I'll bet 100 dollars that it's "you're" and not "your". Moron.
Posted by: oldsaltsux3 10 September 13:31
Oldsalt, do you *no* you can't spell?
Posted by: Krunchpow 10 September 16:06
"well perhaps if the chidren in todays society actually respected the worls and its rules That crass idiot on the phone would still have his mobile today I applaud the lecturer He did the right thing. He deserves a raise in salary !" HAHAHAH Oh, wow. Maybe YOU should've spent less time on your cell phone in the classroom. Then maybe you'd be able to form a readable (or even coherent) sentence.
Posted by: Authority 10 September 16:46
No he should not have smashed the phone. He should have taken it for the remander of the year along with all the other phones that rang during the year.
Posted by: QuestionAuthority 10 September 19:34
Yes, he should have taken the phone for the rest of the term. The student probably had insurance on the phone. In less than a week days he had a new brand one. Take the phone, go out of town, and run up insane roaming charges. That'll show the little bastard.
Posted by: ukee03 10 September 20:34
If a teacher ever did that to me, he would regret it. The guy is obviously disrupted the class, but that did not give the teacher the right to destroy his property. Ask him to leave, kick him out of the class, but you can't, for any reason, relieve someone of property without due process. Try that with me and you will catch a serious ass whipping, teacher or not.
Posted by: teacherisadick 10 September 20:59
I agree with ukee03, the student was an ass for grabing the phone, but what if it was an emergency ? fuck the teacher, Id have his ass. I hope the teacher gets his ass handed to him ...
Posted by: Stairface Chippendale 11 September 13:06
Anyone with an IQ that barely reaches the double digits would know to turn the phone off in class. Even a blonde knows that. If there was an emergency, the tool's family would call the school, and the school would call the kid to office, call the instructor and have him pass a note on, or just have the kid talk to the phone in the instructor's class. So cut the childish, 'if he did that to my phone, I'll kick his ass' BS.
Posted by: oldsaltsuxsux 11 September 15:07
jesus mate, calm down, all he said was "we no" rather than "we know". its people like you that are ruining the internet, go pick on someone that actually deserves it.
Posted by: andrew 11 September 22:27
Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo. Mine's the most gramatically correct. I win.
Posted by: a kid in hawaii 11 September 22:41
i am only 16, i am blond, i am forgetful, and i understand the law fairly well, the kid should have put it on vibrate, checked the caller ID and called back later, and the teacher should have just held the phone, i get that, but what happened next? did the kid cry? did the teacher get fired? things like this matter!
Posted by: rpg89 12 September 00:54
The appropriate action would have been for the teacher to take the phone, quickly answer it, and determine the situation from there. If it was an emergency, hand it back and ask the student to go into the hallway. If it was a friend or something, ask him/her to not call during class and hold the phone until the end of class, having a private discussion with the student about his cell phone privacy. The student was very rude to answer his phone in class, but the teacher didn't set any examples by doing what he did- only that destroying other people's property is acceptable.
Posted by: whitetea 12 September 16:14
I agreed with 'rpg89'..Well said ^_^....the teacher should set an example..he need to be wise on handling that kind of situations in class. That Teacher need to attend "Anger Management"...
Posted by: NotTooImportant 13 September 22:02
Meh. If I were the teacher, I'd have taken the phone up and simply kept it for the rest of the year. Smashing it is way cooler, though. And has a lot more 'oomf'. And I doubt any of you who say you'd "have the teacher's ass" or some similar thing would actually ever attack him.
Posted by: Parker Harrington 13 September 22:07
rpg89 is absolutely correct
Posted by: gralu 14 September 06:53
OMFG NOOB teacher fuck him
Posted by: NoaAnonymous 16 September 00:02
I had a teacher in high school who, after a girl's cell phone rang during class, told her he would let her take the call if he was allowed to answer it. It was her boyfriend calling, and he turned it on speaker when he answered. Her boyfriend said, "Hey babe, I'm going to come by later to pick you up and I'll call you when I'm there, okay?" My teacher replied with "Okay sweetie. I think Ashley wants to talk to you now." A few seconds of silence after Ashley takes the phone, and then- "Who the FUCK was that?!?" After that, she kept her cell phone off in class.
Posted by: ihateschool 16 September 02:31
It was cool what the teacher did and the guy who had the phone was a dumbass, who the fuck leaves their phone on in class, also i bet the teacher would have been thinking "thats what happens when you fuck with me pink". I think the teacher could have done more damage by calling the police and saying that he was being held hostage, add in a scream then the cops would have traced the number and well ill leave the rest to your imagination.
Posted by: ihateschool 16 September 02:32
sorry about the previous post "pink" is meant to be punk and sorry about the slashes.

Posted by: matelot 20 September 18:48
serve that fucking student right I don't get why, almost always, people MUST answer the fucking phone
Posted by: The Pie Man 21 September 19:43
Why don't you all stop fighting and have some pie? btw, you're all feebs
Posted by: Andrew 23 September 14:31
I have a teacher who, in lectures, has simpler approach to cell phone disturbance. If someone answers their phone, he takes it from them, and embarrasses them by talking to whoever is on the line. He usually will just say a few embarrassing things, not hurtful, about the student. It's great! He gets the whole classes attention, and that person learns not to screw up again!
Posted by: no one 30 September 07:14
Assuming this wasn't staged I hope the student got a hold of this footage, took it to the police siting vandalism or even theft.
Posted by: ukee03 24 October 14:16
You have got to be kidding me. Sometimes people forget. I have forgotten to turn off my cell in various situations - class included (when I was in college). Shit happens people - the professor should have been the MATURE ADULT in the room and spoke with him after class about it. I am assuming this was a college class - lets start treating them like adults and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Posted by: oldsalt 17 March 19:43
I guess we no who rules in that classroom
