Neither of them is laughing at the paper. this is a social event. at this point the kid's laughing cos his father's laughing and vice versa. The ripping of the paper is an agreement between them - an event that triggers their shared experience of joy. this little boy is developing social skills. and being really cute while at it.

Awww! That has to be the best sound in the world...A baby laughing! That was awesome. I remember when my little dude was that age, people thought I had gone insane because I was in hysterics everyday! Such a wonder age & time. Athetic... What difference does it make if a baby has a disability or not??? Completley irrelevant (not this baby has anytng wrong with it, from what I can see)
